Tobacco Licensing
Currently, there is no law in Colorado or Weld County requiring a business to have a license to sell any form of tobacco products.
The Tobacco-Free Coalition of Weld County is seeking input and support for licensing businesses that sell non-cigarette tobacco and nicotine products.
