My Life, My Quit provides youth access to tailored resources for quitting, including:
  • Free and confidential help from a quit coach specially trained to listen to teens, help teens navigate social situations that involve tobacco or vaping, and find healthy ways to cope with stress
  • Teen-focused messages in promotional and educational materials– created with youth input– that encourage teens to quit vaping or using tobacco
  • Five coaching sessions via live text messaging or by phone on a dedicated toll-free number (1.855.891.9989) or online chat
  • Simplified online and mobile program registration to get teens to a coach quicker
  • Dedicated teen website at mylifemyquit.com with online enrollment, live chat with a coach, information about vaping and tobacco, and activities to support quitting and stress relief

Call the Colorado QuitLine for free help from a Quit Coach 

The QuitLine offers free one-on-one assistance and a personalized quit plan. When you call the QuitLine, you talk confidentially with one of their experienced and caring Quit Coaches, many of whom have successfully quit tobacco themselves. Your coach can help you succeed by setting up a personal quit plan.

You will receive a free self-help guide with quit tools to help you be tobacco free. Your step-by-step guide contains lots of information, techniques and tools used by many tobacco users. You guide also includes effective ways to cope with stress, overcome withdrawal, and control weight gain.

If you want to try nicotine patches, your Quit Coach can also send you up to an eight-week supply absolutely free. In order to receive free nicotine patches, you must participate in the Colorado QuitLine program and be at least 18 years old.
